Receipt of telephone calls in dolibarr - by: leoscs86

Eldy, good afternoon!

I installed the calling module on dolibarr and I have some doubts about this module.

My VOIP infrastructure has the following features:

Asterisk server 192.168.1.241, used for incoming calls.

The Grandstream 192.168.1.252 server, actually used as a VOIP station, where all extensions are configured.

The outgoing server for calls 192.168.1.242, where there are the cellular chips, for the call out.

On the asterisk server, I made all the requested settings on your dolibarr page.

However, when I call from dolibarr, it opens a blank page for me and the call is not made.

Doubt, do I need an external API to make the call?

If not, what should I do?
